How is the property value determined?
To determine the value of a property, a comparative value is determined. Real estate objects are compared with the requested property. For this purpose, high-performance algorithms examine a huge amount of real estate data within seconds. For example, location information, building characteristics, purchase and rental prices (or value estimates) for millions of properties throughout Germany are based on address data.

What is the property value / market value?
The property value corresponds to the current market value of a property on the reporting date. This value is subject to static tolerances and is determined automatically. The market range indicates the usual price range.
